Shipping Policy
Golfer Up! games ship from our receiving warehouse in New York.
They are received in bulk and shipped out individually, so we never open the boxes.
Our warehouse will ensure that each game is properly packaged and shipped out the same day you place your order! You should receive within 5 business days from the order date, (shipping delays due occur from time to time).
We can ship anywhere in the United States, no International shipments are available at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Below you will find our general policy. If you have any questions, please send us an email first so we can clarify our position and confirm if your issue is refund or exchange eligible.
If you receive a board with a dent, hole, or any imperfections on the surface please let us know immediately. The same goes for any defections on the home plate or the foam balls, as it could affect gameplay.
If you reach out right away showing the damage occurred in transit, we will happily issue a replacement. If you don't let us know as soon as you receive, we can't be positive the issue happened while in transit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our return/exchange policy on all merchandise is good for 30 days after you receive your product(s). If more than 30 days have passed then unfortunately we are not able to help.
How to Return:
1) Please send us an email at golferupgame@gmail.com with your name, order number (or some proof of purchase), along with the reason for your return.
2) We will email you back with a confirmation #, please include this on your label when you ship it back to us.
3) Returns should be sent back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING* and sent to:

4) If you email the tracking # for your shipment back to us, this will expedite your return or exchange.
*If original packaging is not available, please return in a responsibly safe box with foam inserts for protection. You will be responsible for covering your own packaging and shipping costs for any returned items; those shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, we will issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
